The experiences of our ancestors live within us. Science now confirms what indigenous traditions have long known: trauma and patterns are passed down through generations, shaping our lives through changes in our DNA (epigenetics). An Ancestral Healing Ceremony invites you to reconnect with your ancestral line to clear inherited wounds and awaken deeper wisdom. Through a sacred blend of energy healing, sound, breathwork, visualization, crystal healing, bodywork, and direct communication with ancestral spirits, profound transformation can unfold. Each ceremony is deeply personal and intuitive. Together, we create a ceremonial space where the ancestors are honored, messages can be received, and ancestral patterns can be cleared—helping you move forward with greater ease, clarity, and freedom. What to Expect We’ll begin with a short conversation to explore your intentions for the session. You’ll then be invited to lie down comfortably in the ceremonial space, next to an altar honoring your ancestors. Using a blend of healing modalities, we will open sacred space for your ancestral spirits to guide the process. Messages, sensations, emotions, and energetic shifts may arise—every experience is welcome and honored. What to Bring A clear intention for what you wish to heal, release, or understand within your ancestral line. (Examples: healing patterns of abandonment, fear, scarcity, grief, etc.) An object to place on the altar that holds ancestral significance (such as a small item, photo, stone, or symbol). An open heart and willingness to trust the process, knowing that healing often unfolds across many unseen layers.
