Join us for a soulful weekly yoga class where movement, breath, and story reconnect you with your body, the earth, and the unseen spirits of the land. Drawing inspiration from the wildlife, myths, and landscapes of these Isles, each session blends Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin yoga, enriched with sound, nature wisdom, and meditative stillness. Through gentle exploration, you’ll deepen your relationship with yourself and the living world around you—remembering your place within the great web of life. Investment: Your first session is offered as a free gift so you can experience the space and practice. After that, flexible payment options are available to support you in continuing your journey.
